OPA-interacting protein 5 antisense transcript 1 (OIP5-AS1), a long noncoding RNA, positively regulates cell proliferation. Silencing OIP5-AS1 in HeLa cells led to G2/M phase cell-cycle arrest, reducing proliferation.
