Association between TLR2 + 2477G/A polymorphism and bacterial meningitis: a meta-analysis

The Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) + 2477G/A polymorphism is not linked to overall bacterial meningitis risk. However, this TLR2 genetic variation is associated with an increased risk of pneumococcal meningitis.
