[Concurrent lymphocytic colitis and microscopic enteritis in patients with chronic diarrhea]

This study reports the first known cases of coexisting lymphocytic colitis and microscopic enteritis. These findings suggest a potential generalized gastrointestinal disorder affecting both the large and small intestines in patients with chronic diarrhea.

- Lymphocytic colitis, microscopic enteritis, and lymphocytic ileitis can coexist in patients with chronic diarrhea.
