The Institute of Medicine recognized the significance of interprofessional collaboration over 15 years ago.
Integrating teamwork training into nursing curricula remains a persistent educational challenge.
Effective teamwork is crucial for quality patient care and healthcare system efficiency.

Purpose of the Study:

To present an innovative pedagogical approach for teaching teamwork in nursing education.
To enhance student learning and skill development in collaborative healthcare environments.
To address the ongoing challenges in preparing nursing students for team-based practice.

Main Methods:

Implementation of a classroom-based coaching model utilizing faculty.
Focus on experiential learning activities to simulate real-world teamwork scenarios.
Integration of faculty coaching to guide and facilitate student teamwork development.
