  • Retrospective single-center study of patients with infectious monoarthritis of the native sacroiliac joint.
  • Data collected included clinical, biological, bacteriological, radiological, and treatment characteristics.
  • 18 patients hospitalized between 2006 and 2016 were analyzed.

  • The most common pathogen identified was methicillin-susceptible Staphylococcus aureus (83.3%).
