The greater tuberosity angle: a new predictor for rotator cuff tear

A new radiographic marker, the greater tuberosity angle (GTA), shows that a GTA above 70° is highly predictive of rotator cuff tears. This finding highlights the importance of greater tuberosity morphology in shoulder pathology.
