A Possible Role for Pacing the Left Ventricular Septum in Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy

Left ventricular septal (LVs) pacing offers a promising alternative for cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT), improving heart function and electrical synchrony. This method may also reduce repolarization dispersion compared to traditional epicardial pacing.
