This case study details a mass intoxication event involving 29 middle-aged individuals who consumed new psychoactive substances 2,5-dimethoxy-4-ethylphenethylamine (2C-E) and Bromo-DragonFly (BDF). Analysis confirmed BDF in most patients and 2C-E in some, highlighting the importance of urine testing for NPS detection.
