Unusual faces of lung cancer

Lung cancer is the leading cause of death from malignancy in men; and prediction indicates that in women it will soon surpass breast carcinoma in incidence and mortality. Four unusual modes of presentation of lung cancer are described, namely: ascites, gynecomastia, rectal bleeding, and sudden death. An illustrative case for each characteristic, along with a brief literature review, is reported.
