First-pass gated 15O-water PET enables biventricular volume and function assessment. Left ventricular (LV) parameters derived from PET show good correlation with gated myocardial SPECT, validating its clinical utility.

- PET showed minimal LV ESV overestimation (+4 mL) and EF underestimation (-4%).
