Summary

Peripheral Calcifying Epithelial Odontogenic Tumors (CEOT) are rare oral lesions. Conservative surgery is an effective treatment for peripheral CEOT, with a low recurrence rate, even in clear cell variants.

  • To describe a recommended treatment strategy for extraosseous CEOT.
