Modeling Response Style Using Vignettes and Person-Specific Item Response Theory.

Summary

This study shows that using anchoring vignettes to model response styles in personality assessments improves accuracy. Correcting for response styles, particularly with the Personality Inventory for DSM-5 (PID-5), can better predict social dysfunction.
