Dosimetry of ethylene oxide

Studies by the group of L. Ehrenberg on dosimetry and dose-response relationships of genotoxic compounds have been centred around ethylene oxide. This paper gives a review of these studies--from the early work on mutation induction in barley to the development of procedures for dosimetry and risk estimation for humans.
