Abstract:
A parapharingeal mass of exceptional dimension was observed at our Institution. We report our procedure in order to define the origin of the mass, its anatomopathological caracteristics and the procedure of exereses. The mass originating from minor salivary glands, is reported in Literature for its large dimension, which is rare in absolute and for its particular origin.
