She is a Family Nurse Practitioner and has led service-learning trips to Kenya, Nicaragua, and Thailand. Elizabeth Roark, MSN, RN, is an assistant professor of nursing at George Fox University. She teaches health assessment and specializes in wound care and obstetrics. She is a frequent traveler to Kenya for service-learning trips. Eloise Hockett, EdD, is a professor of education at George Fox University. She chairs the undergraduate education program and cochairs the School of Education.
