Paradoxical low-flow aortic stenosis - baseline characteristics, impact on mortality

Paradoxical low-flow, low-gradient aortic stenosis (pLF-LGAS) is common in transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) patients. This AS subtype has distinct characteristics but similar survival rates to other groups, with renal failure predicting mortality.
