Gadolinium leakage in ocular structures (GLOS) is frequently observed in optic neuritis (ON). This novel imaging marker on contrast-enhanced FLAIR may indicate blood-retina barrier impairment, with asymmetrical GLOS potentially linked to localized ON effects.
