Operator experience does not impact major adverse cardiac events or technical success in left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO). This suggests a low learning curve for LAAO procedures, with high success rates achievable by operators with lower case volumes.

- These findings suggest a favorable learning curve for LAAO, with high technical success attainable by operators with lower case volumes.
