Kinematic alterations after two high-intensity intermittent training protocols in endurance runners

High-intensity intermittent training (HIIT) did not significantly alter running kinematics in trained athletes, even at high exertion levels. Different HIIT protocols with similar loads but varying paces showed distinct kinematic patterns, but not fatigue-induced changes.
