Two post-operative epidermoid cysts following realignment of the hallux nail

We present a case in which two implantation epidermoid cysts appeared following surgical realignment of the hallux nail. Atypical features of this case were the very young age of the patient, the unusual direction of malalignment of the nail and the site and number of lesions.
