Summary

Researchers developed a salt-tolerant fluorescent-protein DNA-binding peptide (tTALE-FP) for accurate single-molecule DNA analysis. This new protein stain avoids DNA damage and works at physiological salt concentrations, offering an alternative to traditional dyes.
