Summary

Bioresorbable vascular scaffolds (BVS) showed smaller luminal dimensions and increased neointimal area compared to cobalt-chromium stents at 3 years. Intraluminal scaffold dismantling (ISD) was observed in 14% of BVS, potentially contributing to late thrombosis.
