Summary

This study shows that Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System (PIRADS) score, combined with PSA density (PSAD) and free PSA%, can accurately predict clinically significant prostate cancer (CSPCa). These non-invasive markers help reduce unnecessary biopsies in men with borderline PSA levels.
