Summary

Selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) and retinal photocoagulation (RP) have minor, transient effects on the corneal endothelium. Corneal specular microscopy showed SLT caused slight cell count reduction and morphological changes, while RP only affected polymegathism, with both unlikely to be clinically significant.
