Background:

The Brain Tumor Reporting and Data System (BT-RADS) is a proposed standardized reporting scheme for brain tumor MRI.
A dedicated website was developed to introduce BT-RADS and promote its adoption in daily practice.

Purpose of the Study:

To demonstrate the efficacy of a website in implementing structured reporting at a tertiary academic facility.
To assess the educational and clinical value of BT-RADS.

Main Methods:

A website (www.btrads.com) with educational resources and an interactive tool was created.
Website traffic, resource downloads, and tool usage were tracked.
Surveys were administered to radiology trainees and faculty physicians.

Main Results:

The website attracted over 10,000 unique visitors in one year.
BT-RADS achieved over 70% adoption within the institution.
Faculty physicians found BT-RADS valuable for communication and treatment decisions.

Conclusions:

A website successfully facilitated the adoption of a novel structured radiology reporting template.
Websites are a viable strategy for implementing changes in reporting practices.
