A hairpin probe-mediated isothermal amplification method to detect target nucleic acid

We developed Hairpin probe-mediated Isothermal Amplification (HIAmp), a new method for detecting target nucleic acids. HIAmp achieves highly sensitive DNA detection and discrimination using a novel DNA network for isothermal amplification.
