Risk Factors for Developing Hydrocephalus in Neonatal Intraventricular Hemorrhage

Severe intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) in premature infants significantly increases the risk of developing progressive posthemorrhagic hydrocephalus (PPHH). This study identified IVH severity as the primary risk factor for PPHH in Puerto Rican neonates.
