Regulator of chromosome condensation 2 (RCC2) promotes estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer by increasing migration and inhibiting apoptosis. Inhibiting RCC2 reduces tumor growth and expression of key cancer-promoting genes like IGF1 and TWIST1.
