Endoscopic sphenopalatine artery electrocoagulation for refractory epistaxis: a clinical study

Electrical coagulation of the sphenopalatine artery (SPA) is an effective treatment for epistaxis, showing high control rates and minimal complications. This surgical method is suitable for refractory cases, regardless of patient age or sex.
