Summary

Musculoskeletal injuries (MSKI) are common in Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) cadets, particularly in the knee and ankle, often occurring during physical training (PT) with insidious onset. Advanced cadets and those in their third year showed higher injury rates.
