Mullerianosis of the urinary bladder

• A 32-year-old female presented with a bladder mass, hematuria, and dysuria.
• Transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) was performed.
• Histopathology confirmed bladder Mullerianosis.

Findings:

• The bladder mass was identified as Mullerianosis.
• The patient experienced symptom improvement with oral contraceptives.

Implications:

• This case expands the understanding of Mullerianosis in the urinary tract.
• Highlights the importance of considering Mullerianosis in differential diagnoses of bladder lesions.
• Suggests hormonal therapy as a potential treatment modality.
