Comparing COVID-19 antibody tests, the point-of-care lateral flow immunoassay (FIA) showed low sensitivity for IgM but high sensitivity for IgG compared to the gold standard chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA). This suggests FIA may be useful for rapid contagiousness assessment.
