A Novel Application of the Modified Angoff Method to Rate Case Difficulty in Simulation-Based Research

The Modified Angoff Method effectively achieved expert consensus on medical simulation difficulty. While participants experienced physiological stress during simulations, this stress did not correlate with the difficulty ratings, suggesting a feasible tool for research.
