Cervical and uterine factors in infertility

The uterus plays a pivotal role in many aspects of human reproduction. The cervix and its secretion are actively involved in sperm transport. Adequate management of cervical and uterine factors in infertility is commonly rewarded by restoration of fertility in a high proportion of cases, when impairment of fertility is due to these conditions.
