Does contemporary ART lead to pre-eclampsia? A cohort study and meta-analysis

Current assisted reproductive technology (ART) shows similar pre-eclampsia (PE) risks for frozen-thawed embryo transfers (FET) and fresh IVF embryo transfers (IVF-ET), but higher than natural conception. FET PE risk is lower with endometrial preparation.
