Summary
Microvascular changes in resolved acute angle-closure (AAC) eyes are similar to those in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) eyes. Peripapillary perfused capillary density (PCD) did not significantly differ between AAC and POAG, regardless of POAG severity.
