This pilot study found that an 8-week group compassion-focused intervention significantly reduced obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) symptoms in treatment-resistant patients. The improvements in OCD symptoms were largely maintained at follow-up, suggesting potential as an adjunctive therapy.
