Right-Sided Infective Endocarditis: The Importance of Vegetation Size.

Right-sided infective endocarditis (IE) with small vegetations has a good prognosis with medical management. Large vegetations, however, predict poorer outcomes, necessitating closer monitoring and potentially aggressive treatment.
