  • A prospective, randomized, blinded study involving 126 thyroidectomy patients.
  • Three groups were compared: tissue adhesive only (A), subcuticular suturing with non-ablative fractional laser (NAFL) and intralesional triamcinolone injection (ILI) (B), and tissue adhesive with early scar management (C).
  • Scar assessment included the Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale (POSAS) and scar width at 6 months.
