Asymptomatic HyperCKemia: A Diagnostic Trap.

Extremely high creatine kinase (CK) levels, over 80 times normal, can occur asymptomatically due to macroCKemia. This rare condition involves decreased CK clearance, not muscle injury, preventing diagnostic errors.
