Novel combined single dose anti-hepatitis C therapy: a pilot study

Catvira, a new combination therapy for Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) genotype 4, demonstrates rapid viral load decline and high sustained virologic response (SVR12) rates. This novel formulation shows improved safety, particularly regarding hemoglobin levels, compared to standard sofosbuvir plus ribavirin.
