cDNA Display Mediated Immuno-PCR (cD-IPCR): A Novel PCR-based Antigen Detection Method

We developed a novel immuno-PCR (IPCR) method using cDNA display for sensitive antigen detection. This technique overcomes challenges in conjugating antibodies to DNA reporters, enabling robust detection of target molecules.
