Cutaneous immune-related adverse events (cirAEs) can predict other toxicities in patients receiving immune-checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). Specific cirAEs like mucositis and psoriasis are linked to increased risks of gastrointestinal and endocrine toxicities, respectively.
