Summary

This case study highlights an exceedingly rare instance of a patient presenting with four primary cutaneous melanomas and widespread metastases. Early and intensive dermatologic screening is crucial for patients with multiple primary melanomas.

  • Clinical presentation of a 45-year-old male with a large scalp nodule and multiple atypical melanocytic lesions.

  • Total body computed tomography revealing visceral metastases.
