Abstract:
Electronic structures and thermodynamic characteristics of chain inorganic group 13-15 oligomers [H2MEH2] (M = B, Al, Ga, E = P, As; n = 4-15) are presented. Donor-acceptor interaction with both Lewis acids and Lewis bases effectively stabilizes chain isomers with respect to spontaneous cyclization and significantly changes their electronic structure.
