Summary

Serum neurofilament light chain (NFL) levels can predict progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) risk in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients treated with natalizumab (NTZ). Elevated NFL levels also help differentiate PML from MS relapses.
