Exploring the Perth Hamstring Assessment Tool and Lower Extremity Functional Scale in a Proximal Hamstring Avulsion

Proximal hamstring avulsion (PHA) recovery shows strong correlation between patient-reported outcome measures (PHAT and LEFS). However, functional tests poorly correlate with these scores and often fail to distinguish between injured and uninjured limbs.
