Convenient Agarose Preparation with Hydrogen Peroxide and Desulfation Process Analysis

This study presents an eco-friendly method to prepare agarose using hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) for desulfation. The resulting desulfated agar meets commercial standards and effectively separates DNA molecules in electrophoresis.
