Abstract:

Surgical technic used in treatment of chronic frontal sinusitis is described, and the interest emphasized of the employ of fragments of Gore Tex prosthetic fragments for calibration and maintenance of permeability of the newly formed nasofrontal canal. Their perfect tolerance allows them to be left in place and their permeability can be surveilled by CT scan imaging or fibroscopy.
