Oocyte specific lncRNA variant Rose influences oocyte and embryo development

We identified a novel long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), named "Rose", crucial for mammalian oocyte and embryo development. Knocking down Rose disrupted oocyte cytokinesis and impaired embryo development.
